6. How We Share Information

We use third-party service providers to help operate the website, process payments, maintain membership records, send communications, and support Booster Club activities.

We provide or make available only the information reasonably necessary for each provider to perform its specific service. A service provider does not necessarily receive all information collected by the Booster Club.

For example, Square receives the information needed to process and verify a payment, while Netlify and Oracle receive the technical or membership information needed to host the website, process website requests, and maintain our records. • Financial institutions or accounting providers, when necessary to reconcile payments
  • Authorized Booster Club officers who need the information to perform Booster Club responsibilities
  • St. Vincent-St. Mary High School personnel, when reasonably necessary for Booster Club operations or athletic support

Service providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide their services, subject to their agreements, policies, and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with a law, court order, subpoena, or legal process
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of the Booster Club, its members, the school, or others
  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the website

Requests involving information processed directly by Square, Apple, Google, Cash App, or another third-party provider may need to be submitted directly to that provider.

11. Children's Privacy

The website is intended primarily for adults, Booster Club members, parents, guardians, alumni, supporters, and school community members.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through the website.
